There's only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self.

Every so often, people come onto the forum and ask what they should do for rewards. Here are mine! When I was starting Weight Watchers, my husband asked what I thought was important to do that I hadn't done in the past. My answer was weekly meeting attendance and accountability. Yes, I admit I was one of those "drive-bys"...in the old days my friend and I would weigh in, leave and go for Chinese food. The scale dictated what we ordered...how crazy is that?!?! Self sabotage anyone? I digress...So, every week that I go to a meeting and stay for the meeting, my husband rewarded me with "little" rewards seeing as I wanted some non scale related rewards. These have included silver celtic jewelry, makeup, nailpolish, manicure, cds, writing journals, bubble bath etc. I decided (with hubby's approval!) that I was going to do bigger rewards at 25 lb and 10% increments.

Now that I don't do meetings, I add charms to my bracelets at every 10lbs, I'm planning on a big something or other at onederland and we'll see after that!

Here's my list:
